Selling your items is simple with Ricochet. We display and sell your items on consignment in either our Bowral or Turramurra locations, depending on the individual item. Simply begin by either visiting one of our stores and picking up a form or completing our consignment form with details of the items you would like to sell. Then call or email us to arrange a time to bring them in. Once we have had the opportunity to view your items and agree to consign them, we will provide you an emailed quote detailing each item's suggested resale value and what you can expect to receive if sold at the full amount. From there, we’ll handle everything. You will receive payment and a remittance at the end of each month, indicating which of your items have sold.

Our database of prices achieved, built over 30+ years three decades, assists us in setting competitive yet realistic prices. When and how are consignment payments made?Ricochet operates on a monthly payment cycle. Consignors are paid for their sold items around the end of the month. For items sold via lay-by, consignors are paid in the payment cycle that follows lay-by completion. Payments are made by Direct Deposit to your nominated bank account. For first time consignors, we request your banking details when the monthly payment cycle begins.

Ricochet takes pride in offering a beautiful curation of pre-loved designer label items. We are selective in the pieces we agree to consign, and accept items of the following criteria:Designer label or high-quality items and accessoriesBNWT ( Brand new with tags) or new and used or in excellent conditionWe do accept high end vintage items in excellent condition, when the style is popular, considered saleable or of significance. Should you have any queries regarding whether we would accept your item, please do not hesitate to contact us.

No. All sales are final. Items purchased via a lay-by system are also final. We clearly state this policy in store to buyers, and no returns or exchanges are accepted for items that fall under these criteria unless deemed faulty under fair trading provisions. From time to time, Ricochet reserves the right to honour a refund or exchange if deemed commercially appropriate.Ricochet only accepts returns where the item is deemed faulty at the time of sale. Ricochet is a pre-loved store and from time to time, items may have a slight fault or missing button etc and this would usually be factored into the price of the item. It is the responsibility of the buyer to fully in inspect the garment prior to purchasing.

No. Individual goods are not covered by Ricochet's insurance and suppliers consign their items entirely at their own risk. Given the turnover and frequency of transactions, Ricochet does not have the ability to provide insurance for individual items in their possession. Any loss through fire, flood or theft will not be covered and no responsibility is accepted by Ricochet.

No, Ricochet is a consignment boutique that sells items on behalf of its clients. From time to time, if an item has not sold in store after the prescribed period, Ricochet may make a non-binding offer to purchase your item/s.
